SDE Annual Team Day 2026

We are delighted to confirm the return of our annual SDE Team Day, taking place on 3rd March in Hertfordshire. This well-established event brings together SDE associates, clients, and leadership for a day of connection, knowledge-sharing, and collaboration.

Following the excellent turnout and positive feedback from last year, this year’s Team Day promises to be another valuable opportunity to network, learn more about SDE’s work, and gain insight into our future direction. The event is designed to encourage open discussion, shared learning, and meaningful engagement across our community.

We are particularly pleased to welcome our Keynote Speaker, Air Chief Marshal Sir Michael Graydon, GCB, CBE. Sir Michael will share his perspectives on defence procurement and its impact on SMEs, drawing on his extensive experience both within the MOD and in industry.
